Frame Blending
I am nto sure I understand when to uncheck this box when making speed changes – a CD i worked with once who knew alot about FCP said to always uncheck this that things will look a lot better –
I would really like to know when and if I should uncheck this box – a good explanation is what i am looking for a when i look through the manual it just does not click for me

Personal preference. Try them both and see what you like better. Having it checked may cause problems with interlaced footage. I myself don’t like it and always uncheck it.
