  Format Transfer NTSC Mpeg to PAL mov

  Hi,

  I have a project which is HDV 1080 25 fps 1440 x 1080

  I have some footage which was shot on a GoPro in the US and is:

  MP4 29.97 fps 1920 x 1080

  Can anyone advise me on the best way to compress the GoPro footage for use in my sequence.
