I need to make a subtitle in Romano (tiganeste) language and it contain some characters witch is not currently used. I copy the caracter from character map and paste it into title tool but instead it put a “?” sign. Why? I tried to set up from regional and language settings from windows other languages but the problem still remain.

The Avid Title Tool is the worst possibility around. Use Photoshop or Marquee for all your titles, you’ll see it’s easier (but not faster) and the end result is far better. If you need moving titles (crawling or rolling) use definitely After Effects or Marquee.
