Force video to play at 13 FPS?
This might be a bit confusing, but I’ll try to explain as best as I can.
I’ve got a 30 FPS MP4-file and I need to make it play at 13 FPS inside a 25 FPS composition (there’ll be other elements inside the 25 FPS composition that will run at full 25 FPS).
How do I achieve this effect? -

Right click on the footage in the project panel->interpret footage->main and change it to what you need.
