  Trying to get the best out of my old and dear early 2008 MP for one year or more before I go for the new MP, I recently added an SSD drive in the lower optical bay, following this link a CC member gave me: https://macperformanceguide.com/Mac-InstallingSSD.html

  I found it really useful to disassemble the unit without troubles and get to the power supply on the main card.
