Um, thanks for the tip, but I guess I am not seeing the need. I just rendered my video using the Sony AVC Internet HD 30p preset, and am now uploading to YouTube (it is at 8%). After that I will upload to Vimeo.

Why do I need this plug-in? What will it do for me?

Process automation.However, it would be more helpful if it automated multiple jobs simultaneously (3 or 4 projects uploaded at once). Maybe there’s a way to link it to a script, etc. In FCP I can push a bunch of projects into compressor, and then upload automatically to Youtube, like this extension does for quantity 1. I’ve not played around with it enough to know how I can add this to other output tools, but maybe the OP will clarify this. As it is, it’s marginally useful.
