Football Stitching Question…?
Hey Everybody,
I’m working on a model of a football and I’m trying to get it as detailed as possible. I’ve done a pretty good job figuring out how to get everything done on my own, but I’m stuck on the decorative stitching that is sewn in around the laces.
Does anyone know how to replicate stitching/sewing in C4D? I’ve attached a picture so you can see what I’m referring to. It’s not the white laces you grip, rather just the small stitching around them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Looks pretty good to me. I’d add a bump map if you aren’t using one. If that’s not getting it done you could model a stitch and then clone it around a spline projected onto the football.
