I use vegas platinum 9.0 to edit my video footage. Here’s my problem… when I import my footage into adobe after effects cs4 and render it, once Im done with the effects part. When I import it back into vegas the height is fine but the width has become a little smaller. This is a problem because I have a lot of clips thats has effects. And trying to resize every clip once I bring it back in is a very long process. How can I fix this problem so that my imported footage stays the same size as the video it came from and what do I do?

Try checking your pixel aspect ratio under the AE composition settings. Your source material and AE comp should have the same ratio. Try changing it from what it is now (maybe from square pixel to 1.09) and see if that helps.
