Hello. I got about 80% of the way through a project when I realized that the project settings are for HD while the footage is SD. I tried to cut and paste from the HD timeline to a new one with the correct settings, but the picture is too big and fuzzy (looks like its zoomed). Do I need to re-do the entire thing or is there something simple I’m overlooking?

    Thanks in advance.

Create an SD timeline in the correct format.

On your HD Timeline do a Select All > Copy

On your SD Timeline, do a Paste.

    Then do a Select All

Right click any clip in the timeline to bring up the drop down menu and select “Remove Attributes”

Then select “Basic Motion” and “Distort” and say “Ok”

This will remove all the scaling and distortion created by the HD timeline.
