Footage out of sync after capture
I am working on a project using Avid Xpress Pro. The problem is that once the footage has been captured it plays out of sync within the project. I have already created a new project and tried capturing the footage in there and have the same problem and I have also deleted the user settings and created a new one, but still the problem persists.
I called Avid and upgraded to 5.8.4 and still after the footage is captured it plays out of sync in the project. I tested the tape the footage the tape is on and it is fine. Does anyone have any suggestions

Hi,
Are you monitoring/watching it directly form the computer or via firewire/TV device?

Project type? Frame rate? form camera/deck? etc.
