  Footage Mismatch and Correction – 29.97 to 24p

  I am currently shooting a short film. The primary camera is a Canon 7D shooting at 23.976. I did shoot a couple of scenes with a Canon HF s200. mostly of the character walking. The problem is the camera was set to 29.97.

  When I bring the footage into Premiere into my sequence it is obviously flickery. What is the best way to correct this?
  I do have Magic Bullet Frames but wasnt sure if this was the correct step.
