footage from different cameras in FCP?
hey guys,
I’m planning a documentary and certain sequences need to be shot overseas, specifically, Greece. Because the shoot will only be a couple of days at most, it’s not feasible to rent and ship NTSC cameras (HVX200) to the location.
So, this is probably a dumb question but: does FCP6 allow for PAL and NTSC on the same timeline?
Also, what other cameras available to the low budget filmmaker have been shown to cut well with HVX200 footage?

You can use a standards converter plugin, such as the Natress one.
I have no direct experience of it, but he’s pretty much a genius, so I would guess it works.
