Photoshop does not see all of my fonts.
Other Adobe programs do. Illustrator and After Effects both see all of my fonts.
What is going on with Photoshop?

You can have too many fonts loaded…. be sure to use a font manager

Does Font Book work ok in Mac or do you recommend something else?

Do a find on your hard drive for all .lst files, and delete them. lst files can get corrupted and cause such an application specific problem. They regenerate themselves when needed.

Extensis suitcase is an excellent font manager, and font book can do the job also. You may have a font conflict, as Richard suggested so try closing all your fonts except what you need. Some fonts have the same FOND ID number, which can cause this.
