Font size problem between Final Cut and AE
I received font specifications for subtitles/lower thirds from a client who was scrubbing through the video in Final Cut over the phone, as I followed along with a Vimeo-hosted video.
I imported the video into After Effects and used the font sizes they gave me, but the fonts came out way too small, about 4X smaller than they should be on-screen.
What could be causing this issue? Are the font sizes measured differently in Final Cut or something?

The problem is caused by difference in resolution (probably). Just use the tip above and you should be fine 🙂
