    I have long been looking for the tutorial, how to make particles like video below, but it was unsuccessful,was trying create by myself again unsuccessful, can someone can help me create they or make a Adobe After Effects CS6 64bit template? Please.

    These particles are pretty elementary.

    The trick is that there are (at least) two particle systems: one that drifts up with some turbulence, and one that is spinning around as it rises.

    If you have Particular, you can accomplish upward drift with either negative gravity or a negative Y-wind. For the turbulence, use a fractal field to influence position. For the spinning, keyframe the rotation of the world transform.
