flv to avi then problem in vegas?
hi everybody…i have a problem like that…i am gonna make fast clouds project in vegas so i download fast clouds video from youtube as flv file then i converted it to avi files by freeflvconvertor…the program converted the file to avi…when i played it in wmplayer or crystal player,there is no problem but i drug into vegas,i only see audio file,there is no video file..how can i fix this..what is the problem…

It’s probably the codec you choose when you converted it. Vegas might not have that particular codec. Do you have the option to choose another?
I use FlashVideo MXpro by Moyea, a Chinese company..
https://www.flash-video-mx.com/I get a choice of codecs so I just kmake sure I use one that Vegas can understand. If I remember correctly, I”ve been choosing the CinePak codec. Been using this program for years and it works great.
I’ve tried others but didn’t care for the quality of the resulting video.
