How can I import .flv files i.e. flash video files into my bin in Avid Xpress Pro.

The video is in low quality and i wont prefer converting as it would lead to quality loss.

    Help will be appreciated.

FLV isn’t one of the supported formats that Avid will import.
Technically, FLV is a delivery format and not intended to be edited/manipulated.
You’re best bet is to either get the original file they made the FLV file from (or get them to output a better quality version in a different format).
If not convert it to a lossless codec like QT animation, to try to preserve as much of the quality as possible.
