How do I do the effect of the floor @ 18 sec’s. Thanks guys for being smarter than me, I appreciate it.

That looks like the Shatter effect with the layer rotated and the force and gravity settings set to pull the pieces up. If you just play with the force and gravity settings, you’ll see.
