Thanx for the quick answer !!
In the original footage the letters belong to an advertising. So they are still, they dont move until few seconds later start to float .
The footage have a little pan, I mean it

I perfect understand your comment. With the slider to zero the wiggle stop. That what I will do at begining.
I only have to resolve that the background it`s moving ( and that`s the idea) and how the letters in the advertise have to do the same at beggining

So you have the new sign, your Solid moving with the footage correctly, because you tracked the original sign in the footage, then applied that tracking to the new solid? If so, at the first frame you see the sign, you should be able to position your letters on top of the solid (new sign), then select all the letters and Parent them to the Solid (pickwhip any one of the selected to the Solid). Now the letters will stay attached to the sign.

When the wiggle goes from zero to a positive number, the letters will start to float, but they will float relative to the sign, so if you want them to follow something else at that point, I would select that letter (layer), and “Edit>Split Layer” (Ctrl Shift D). Now select the upper one that continues on and set the parenting to None or parent it to what you want it to follow (or even a Null tracked to a person or whatever in the original footage you want it to follow). If this doesn’t make any sense (Usted no entiende) or I’m way off track (Soy aturdido) from the way you’re doing it, try to post your project file (aep) and footage somewhere so I can look at it.

hi guys,

my question about this is, how do i match the shadows well?

i tried it this way:
used a white solid and matched it to the filmed scene, then put a light in there, matched this one and after that I used softlight as blending mode for the solid. The I pulled a mask around the letters an feather it a bit…

is this your workflow too?

because i tried it out that way, but it didn
