Is anyone using Flip4Mac to import wmvs in FCP for edit?

I bought the HD studio version and it works fine for export, but nothing on import. And no response whatsoever from F4M tech support.

    FCP 5.0.4, QT 7.0.1, OSX 10.4.6, F4M (latest) 2.0.2.10

Any help would be very gratefully recieved.

Can’t you open it up in QT & export them to a quicktime file format? That would probably be better than trying to use a wmv in fcp.

yes, i had to do it once before, and i couldn’t just bring it in as a wmv, i had to open it in quicktime and export it as another format, and than bring it in, finalcut, though it supports q.t. does not support f4m from what i understood
