Flip ultra HD file issues
First of all I’m brand new to this software. After seeing someone use this software it looked so easy I thought I would have no problems but I’m being flooded with problems before I can even get to the editing process.
When I try to upload Flip Ultra HD mp4 files to PPro it will upload some with no problems, some it will upload with serious playback issues(claiming minute long clips are 8 hr clips), and some it will give a message claiming unsupported format or damaged file.
I tried pazera’s mp4 to avi converter and had just as many problems in PPro.
I searched the forum and found a suggestion to buy quicktime pro to convert to .mov files. Would this still be the solution? Even though I just spent a grand on software I would hate to spend $30 on software that doesn’t help me out.

You might want to try MPEG streamclip…we’ve had some luck with that on DSLR footage.
