I am new to C4D. When flip from quads to tris (tris required for a particular game), I have a pair of tris that I would like to swap around, i.e. flip the other direction. Is there a function to do this in C4D, or is there a manual way? Thanks.

When you say “flip the other direction, do you mean reverse the normals? If so, you can do that. In face mode, just select all the ones you want to “flip” and in the Mesh menu select normals/ reverse normals.

It is not the normals, which I understand. I am asking about the conversion of quads to tris (triangles). If the quad polygon face of a square has the diagonal for the tris going, say, left, is there a way to flip that and make it go instead to the right?

select the edge you want to rotate/flip and right-click and choose Spin Edge
