    Hello all!

After watching the creative cow tutorial on creating the flip book effect I still have a few problems to work out and I was wondering if anyone could help me out with my particular brief?

I need to superimpose a clip of a an actor onto another clip of a pad that is being flipped through, so it looks like the actor is part of the flip book sequence. Both of these bits of footage are yet to be shot and I was hoping that someone could give me some advice on how to shoot this to minimize time required in the edit. My main concern at the moment is syncing the actors movements to the (probably quite unreliable) speed of the pages being flipped through…If it’s not possible to monitor this effectively on the shoot, is there a way to compensate for that in after effects?

I would really appreciate any help on this matter.

    Thanks everyone!

    Paul
