    Hi all,

Ungraded ‘Cinestyle’ footage from Canon 550D into DSLR 25P project. There’s an intermittent exposure flicker when playing the footage back. It only happens in PPro, not when I view the files in QT. It lasts just a frame, and isn’t in the same place twice.

Is this just a playback artifact that will not be apparent in the render or is there something more sinister going on…?

    Cheers all,

    D

Does your sequence match the footage and is the Playback resolution set to full?

Just found this thread, as I was having an identical problem, and noticed no one replied. Switching playback resolution from 1/2 to ‘Full’ solved the problem. Thanks Ann..

Very glad to find this after suffering the same problem and thinking I was crazy / OR that my camera was faulty. (Thankfully I checked the footage in VLC and figured it must be a Premiere issue before having Canon techs tell me that it was end-user-idiocy).
