    Can anyone direct me to a tutorial on getting rid of flickering artifacts? In the linked video below, I built the sides of the film reel using a boole to cut out the diamond shaped indentations. The flickers are appearing around these indentations. I’ve watched one video that recommends aligning normals which I tried to no avail.
    I appreciate any suggestions.

    I would guess that you have two objects in the exact same place.
    Hard to say though.

    Yes, the problem is that you have multiple faces in the same place. See if you can reposition some of their verticies so that they don’t overlap, that should do the trick.
