Flicker related to motion filtering quality?
Hey all,
I’ve got a simple targa file that flickers like crazy. No motion, just lots of flickering. Deinterlace and flicker filter are doing nothing. Through trial-and-error, I’ve discovered that if I turn the “motion filtering quality” under the “video processing” option to “fastest”, the flicker goes away and it looks nice and clean. I HAD motion filtering quality set to high, because, of course, who wants less than the best? But if either “high” or “normal” are selected, it’s flicker city. This bothers me though, because now I’m sacrificing the quality of all of my motion effects, correct?
Is this the only solution?
Thanks.
