Does anyone have a technique or a plug-in that can get rid of a flicker from a non-flicker free light on the set? It was shot on super16 at 48 fps and transferred to NTSC at 24 fps.

Search the web for a plugin called deflicker. I have no experience with it, but have heard good things.

I had an issue similar to this with a piece that had been shot outside.

I simply made it part of the piece’s “look.” Flickery text, logos, etc.
    Worked a charm. heh
