Flashing scenes problem PPCS5
Hi I have huge problem (from week ago)
I work in Premiere CS5 (DV and HDV)
I make scenes with 60-50% of speed and
When i render or even make a preview in premiere my clip looks really bad, has flashing areas.

RAM. DDR3 CL9: 12GB
HDD. WD WD10EARS 1TB Caviar 64MB Sata
Cooler Aerocool 700W
GFX. Asus Geforce GTX 460 1024MB DDR5
Win7 x64 Home PremiumI have quick time and K lite codec pack (newest)
I’ve checked this on radeon card but still films flashingI’m going to change Motherboard on Gigabyte but don’t know it’s gonna help.
Any Ideas ?

I think you are seeing artifact that you can’t catch in real time.
You could try enabling frame belending and se if that helps.
A better option would be a plugin like Twixtor which creates tweening frames.

I think what you are seeing the the effect of a 60% rate from an interlaced source video file.
Try doing it at 50% and see the difference.
Frame blending won’t really help too much here i think.

That’s a field refresh issue.
Try a 50% speed, with blending (60-65 are bad numbers.) Alternatively, use Twixtor in AE.
Last (and worst choice) is try a deinterlace.
