flashing lights in 2.5 D?
I am trying to recreate a scene similar to the the beginning part of WATCHMEN (I think part of it is 2.5D?). I want to have a series of flashbulbs go off like photographs being taken, but I am unsure how to approach this. Any ideas or suggestions?
