Anyone know if its possible to export from flash to quick time including ALPHAs ?
I am going to have to composit some simple animations made in flash and it would be simpler to to have the backgrounds transparent. If not ( i couldnt find a way) i suppose that i can key out the backgrounds, is there anything i need to consider to ensure that the key out gives perfectly sharp edges ??

    Thanks for any advice
    Chris

HI Chris – I spoke with a AE guru about this very thing the other day. Flash head here and I know you can’t export Flash with a transparent background (well I know as far as I know 🙂

I was told to do the key thing and also add a slight Gaussian blur to the flash imported layer to give the edge a slight smooth… he suggested about .5 pixel

    hope this helps
