  Flash Settings for Film Festival Online Submission

  Hi,

  I’m submitting my short film to film festivals through Withoutabox.com. They have an “on-line screener” option that let’s you upload your film rather than send in a DVD. They take Flash and Quicktime. The quicktime I uploaded looks poor, so I’m going to try Adobe Media Encoder for Flash encoding. They take HD quality up to 2GB files, Flash (sorenson or VP6). Any thoughts on what my Flash settings should be – target/maximum bitrate, etc?
