    I deleted Flash Player from my MBP along with some Flash plugin’s
    The first time I opened AE after this I had a warning box come up saying…

    You have at least one output module template that refers to a missing output plugin. Please check your Output Module Templates.

    I then had a dialogue box come up saying ‘Installing Additional File Formats and Effects.

    Would I be right in saying that when I deleted Flash and some of the plugins connected to it it also deleted some shared plugins that AE and Flash Player shared, hence AE wanting to install/replace what was missing or is this something else?
