    hello…

    well – you can adjust your params in your flash embed code in the html – currently they are:

    ‘width’, ‘1024’,
    ‘height’, ‘768’,

    however, you will have the bigger issue that not everybody runs their web browsers at that ratio (1:33 to 1)…so with that in mind, if you make your flash movie 100% wide, your content could end up overlapping the height available or not taking up the whole space…

    many thanks for responding. yea, at first i tried that, setting to 100%, and it didn’t work well either.

    how did this guy (https://www.ipad.com) get it right?

    sorry if this is a silly newbie questions.

    hello…

    well – that’s not flash – it’s just a static image forced to those dimensions via css… 🙂

    nah – don’t. but you can always view the source of any page to get a feel for what is underneath – best way to learn… 🙂
