  Flash Export options

  I need to give a client a Flash Movie, FLV extension, from my FCP sequence. I have another client with Cleaner, but not sure if that has the FVL option. I know that The Sorenson Squeeze program is $200, which isn’t too bad, but I’m just wondering if anyone has found anything cheaper or other work arounds to export a Flash movie from FCP?
