  fixing lens spots

  I need to “paint over” some lens spots on DVCpro HD footage (720p60). It’s aerial stuff wiith moving clouds or water backgrounds. So I’ll need to track and clone over some sky or clouds. Any thoughts on he best way to do this? I’d hate to go frame by frame.
