Fix tape recorder Sony GV-HD700
Hi,
I’m not sure if this is the right forum for these questions. My Sony
GV-HD700 sometimes works, but other times I get a message on the screen
saying “C:31:23”. Is this something you’re familiar with? Is it
something I can fix at home or do I need to take it to a repair shop? If
I’ve come to the wrong forum, please direct me to the right one 🙂

Well it is a Sony Tape Recorder from my understanding so it can fall under Sony but I think this category can also make a bit more sense since it deals with Videocassettes:

If its a constant issue, it may require to open up the device like in this video to see if it will fix the issue, we cannot guarantee if it will fix but hopefully it will help you fix it somehow. 🙂 Good luck!
