  First time capturing HDV footage.

  I have two tapes of HDV footage shot on a friends Sony HVR cam. I am now attempting to load this footage into Premiere Pro and want some advice on which setting i should use to get the footage in without losing any quality. I am told the format is HDV 25P, once in the footage will be treated in After Effects and then brought back into Premiere for the final cut. My experience in Premiere Pro is limited to DV footage from my Canon HV30 and this is the first footage im ripping that will actually be viewed on a HD TV.

  Any help would be much appreciated.
