    Hi Guys,

    I hope you can help me out! I just got a Deckline HD extreme, on a windows mediaserver with XP sp3,but I couldn’t get any image out of it, using the media express capture software wich is on the installation disk. SO I tried to upgrade de software from 6.8 to 6.8.3 and now I get the error that the software can’t upgrade the firmware of the card. somebody nows anything about this issue

    To upgrade the firmware, you need to connect a USB cable from your machine into the USB socket on the Extreme board. Then update, then shutdown and restart.

    that worked, only still no image! I’ll keep trying
