Fireworks….
Posted by Favignano on June 25, 2005 at 1:51 pmanyone have any presets or suggestions on how to make firework explosions in AE 6.5 PB. The particle generators look promising but I don’t really know how to use them. Thanks

June 25, 2005 at 2:17 pmThere are several plugins that can generate fireworks, but I’ve found that compositing real fireworks stock footage gives a much more realistic look…and is certainly faster/easier. I think I got mine from ArtBeats, but a quick Google search will yield some options if my memory is incorrect.

June 25, 2005 at 6:18 pmFor fireworks all done with standard AE, click on Dan Ebberts head at the top of the page then scroll down to:
Building a 3D Particle Generator
https://www.creativecow.net/show.php?page=/articles/ebberts_dan/particle_gen/index.htmIt comes with an aep, so you can swap in you own Photoshop genertated particles if you like.
It’s 3D so a fly through is cool.
Also, Particle Illusion makes great fireworks:

The SE version is a fully functional 30 day trial, not watermarked.
