    Hey Guys.
I’m helping my friend edit a little video for an online contest.

I got fantastic 1080p shots with a decent lense and great lighting, and have been getting good cuts and angles.

The video looks a little ‘dry’ though, and we have to export / within the next couple hours..

Any quick tips (filters?) to make the video gel / put a little finishing touches on it would be greatly appreciated!

    -t.

P.s. working with a multicam clip if that makes a difference in filter application workflow

This is an incredibly vague request. By “dry” I would assume you mean your footage looks good but doesn’t have any look or effects applied. There are soooo many things you can do in color correction as well as video effects built into FCPX. There’s really no way to advise you on this without knowing the style/feel of the video. Only thing I can tell you is to throw different effects on there, tweak it, and see what you like. You can also add a 2nd color correction and play with the color/exposure/saturation pucks.
