hey Im trying to find out how to disable an objects visibility but have it still show up shadows and work with volumetric lighting.

    I found this –

    https://www.maxoncomputer.com/tutorial_detail.asp?tutorialID=181

but cant find the said ” In the Object Manager go to File=New Tag=Render Tag.”

Does anyone know where this function is in R10 ?

So simple but its driving me crazy, any help would be greatly appreciated !

Also – Im going for an effect like barn doors opening with the light revealing the logo underneath, Anyone know a simpler way to go about it ? The two planes on top right “perspective view” are the ones i dont want to see.

    Thanks Al
