  • Find matching audio for video clip

Hi All. I have been trying to find a way to locate the matching audio for a video clip in Premiere CS5. The example would be, dropped a video with matching audio onto the timeline, deleted the audio track then some time later on want to reinstate the sync audio. “Reveal in project” works if you have only one one in/out clip on the timeline from a project cip but not if you have used the samer project item for multiple timeline clips without generating subclips.

Sorry if this seems a silly question to some of you 🙂

Copy the timecode from the clip in the timeline to the clip you opened via Reveal in Project.

Thanks Ann. Of course, that will do it.

    Many thanks
