Find Highlighted Event
In Project Media, when set to detailed, it’s possible to “highlight” a selected event on the timeline. The problem is that it’s very difficult to then locate, on the timeline, the “highlighted” clip.
I’ve been through the keyboard shortcuts, and searched here and at Sony for a keyboard method to jump to the highlighted (or selected ) clip, but no luck, I’m hoping that the brain trust out there will have a solution.

I am not aware of such a shortcut (would be nice).
However, you CAN open Edit Details, and have it show the timeline start times of selected events.Gary

The following works for a single track. As you pointed out, in detail view right click on the clip you want and choose ‘Select timeline events’. Now click on the timeline track header so its highlighted. Next hit your ‘[‘ key and this will take you to the head of the highlighted clip.
