If by Default Template, you mean “DVD Architect NTSC video stream”, since the video is only 1 hr. long, I’d make one change.
Click the word “Custom” next to the “Template” box and then click the “Video” tab.
Change the bit rate (bottom part of the screen) from VBR (Variable Bit Rate) to CBR (Constant Bite Rate) and from 6,000,000 to 8,000,000.
Save this as a preset by clicking in the “Template” window at the top of this screen and adding 8MB CBR to the words “DVD Architect NTSC video stream” so that you end up with “DVD Architect NTSC video stream-8MB CBR”. Feel free to change this name to something else if you want. I prefer this as it tells me exactly what it is.
Now click the “Save” icon (looks like a floppy disc) to the right of this window.
This template will now show up as a render option the next time you choose MPEG-2.
BTW, If any of your videos are under 1 hr, I recommend using CBR as your final quality will be better.
