  Final Cut project to Media 100?

  I’ve been asked to help finish a project that is being cut on Final Cut Pro. I’ve not used FCP – my tool of choice is Media 100. Is there a relatively easy way to get the project from FCP to Media 100, or do I have to jump into the Final Cut realm? Thanks in advance for any advice.
