Final Cut Pro X display only 720×486 NTSC with Blackmagic intensity Pro 4K!
Hi, Intensity Pro 4K displays only 720×486 NTSC resolution. I updated Blackmagic intensity shuttle drivers to 11.7 I set HD and UHD resolution in System Preferences but still after launching FCPX 10.4.10 it automatically switches to 720×486 NTSC.
Any clue? Thanks in advance

On Davinci Resolve Studio its working fine …

What are your FCP 10 Timeline settings?
What is the size of the image you are sending out FCP 10?
Can you create a 1080P timeline or a 4K timeline and try to send that out to the monitor?

What are the CONVERSIONS settings and what happens when you select another Frame size in the FCP dropdown menu?

I had try everything ! 4K UHD, 1080P, delete FCPX preferencies . All footage is 4k UHD from a Sony A7sIII.
As soon as I open Final Cut Blackmagic both app preferencies get the wired 720×486 29,97 and I can’t change anything on either applications, when I close FCPX Blackmagic Intensity Pro 4K go to PAL. As I mention above on Davinci Resolve everything works fine and eliminate any hardware/system problems…

The setting for FCPX in Blackmagic Desktop Video Setup is at the bottom of the interface
