    hello, i recently changed from pc to a mac and i have final cut studio 2
    for video editing. In Premiere pro you had an option ” scene detection ”
    now i cant find this option ( maby in another name ) in final cut pro..

    does someone knows how this option is called under fcp?

    It’s called start/stop detection over here. Might be under MODIFY??? Gah, shouldn’t have started typing until I looked it up. But it’s right at the top. Select the clip in the browser window and then find start/stop.
