    Hi,

Will FCP export a CMX EDL for a project once it is cut?

I want to work with DVCam versions of my HD masters, the DVcams will have matching TC. Then export a cuts only CMX 3600 or 3800 edl.

    Thanks
    Richard

    Yes FCP can.

Thanks for the quick confirmation, I had a feeling it could.

Depending on which system is used to conform the HD, it may be better to use Automatic Duck or XML to transfer the project file. Of course if you reconform on an FCP, no need for EDL there.
