Final Cut Pro-5.1 Log & Capture – Audio Ghosted
Please help. When I go to log and capture mode the “audio” is ghosted and I cannot capture shots. When I click “capture Audio and Video to Separate Files” FCP will capture but to separate files. Is this a setting problem or something else.

Two things to try:
1. Before capturing go to easy setup and choose the proper setting there — its the easiest way to insure that your setings for your type of footage are all in agreement.
2. If that still doesn’t work, trash your preferences and try again.
