  Final Cut Express Youtube Intro?

  Hi
  I have an idea for the intro to my YouTube videos to have someone go outside and turn on one of those neon open signs but instead of saying open it says my YouTube name. Does anyone know how to do this? Remember I only have fce and don\’t want to spend much money. BTW I have a green screen if that helps.
